This office is compliant with CDC, ADA, and CDA guidelines which include the following:

• You MUST wear a mask in the building and in our office.
• We will be taking your temperature when you arrive and when you are in the room. 
• Please bring a pen with you to complete additional paperwork.
• Please call the office 818-986-4131 when you park so that we can advise when you can come into the suite.
• Please note, we are taking all necessary precautions including HEPA filters, and personal Protection Equipment to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
